As cigar enthusiasts ourselves, we noticed the same issues everywhere we went. Cutters disappeared. Lighters walked away. Countertops became cluttered with ash and cigar clippings. Lounge owners were constantly replacing accessories while trying to create a premium experience for their members and guests.
We knew there had to be a better way.
What started as a simple idea evolved into years of designing, testing, and refining products that are proudly designed and manufactured in the USA. The result was the Cigar Butler®—the world's first hands-free cigar cutting and lighting station, built to bring convenience, cleanliness, and consistency to every premium cigar lounge.
But we didn't stop there.
Listening to lounge owners taught us that they needed more than a cutting and lighting station. They wanted a way to communicate with customers, promote events, showcase new cigars, highlight weekly specials, and create an additional source of revenue without paying monthly platform fees.
That led to the creation of the Cigar Butler DMP (Digital Media Platform).
